![]() ![]() The same people who start drama to get attention, and lie to the managers to get other employees fired or knocked down. Some employees put everything they have into working a good shift, and they get paid less than others who couldn’t care less. There’s not many opportunities for advancement, and the pay is very unfair. It’s a fairly easy job, if you’re competent, you can learn every position in the store in less than two months. You are replaceable in their mind and trust me, they will replace you. Upper management here does not care about you. Do yourself a favor, find a job that actually cares for their employees. If those rumors have time to spread, no one will talk to you. People will gossip about you behind your back and spread petty untrue rumors until you are forced to quit or the rumors make it to upper management and they fire you. Ultimately, if you make a single mistake, even if you learn from it, you will still be driven out. I was bringing an issue to them for months, but nothing ever came of it. When you bring issues to them, they either a) do not address them at all or b) don’t even listen to what you’re saying. ![]() They don’t talk through your problems and work on solutions with you. Your expectations are set so ridiculously high and you’d better not make a single mistake or they will replace you at the snap of a finger. For managers though, it’s a completely different story. The job can be very easy for someone looking for a first job or a job to work through college. I had a lot of experience, knowledge, and success in my position. I worked for this company for a very long time. This one will probably be less thorough, but still. It looks like my last review has vanished into the abyss, so I am filling out another one. ![]()
